Entropias are places where it all comes together, then falls apart. Entropias are places where energy arises from space, self-organises, peaks and then dissolves back into space. This is the wheel of life where space is not nothing or empty but the field of infinite possibilities. At certain moments, the cycle becomes clear and, as here, autumn is one of them, a dissolution of summer's richness into winter and eventually into a new turn of the wheel in spring. These images of autumn at Rousham House and Gardens in Oxfordshire are a work in progress, a personal project in addition to my main practice. I plan to expand and deepen it, little by little.
